WorkSaver(sm) Functional Testing determines individual’s abilities to perform the essential functions of the job safely. – It does not diagnose disabilities. Many testing failures are unrelated to physical impairments, injuries or disabilities. Failures may be simply related to insufficient strength, flexibility, and/or aerobic fitness (e.g., couch potato syndrome).
